What's great is they've got roms out for all these older games. I saw someone with a modded X-Box with a huge collection of roms loaded on the hard drive. It's astounding -- roms for every major system from the days of console, literally thousands of games . . . It beggars the imagination when you consider how much time it would take to fully experience those games again. Most of us who grew up as gamers spent our entire lives living through those eras, catching games here and there when we could beg/borrow/afford them, and now here they all are in one console. I swear, something like this could be the doom of our society, everyone gets caught up playing the golden oldies and our infrastructure rots.
