Just a small RSS tool mention:
We've just started using RSSReader
This is my new favourite application 
RSS reader will sit in your system tray, and poll all the RSS feeds (at a time interval specified by you) then change icon (or optionally pop up the news) if it finds something new. This is fantastic since it means you don't need to visit sites to find out if something is new. If we post news of an update, then rss reader will let you know (within 10 minutes if you have set the shortest polling interval). It can even run your web browser in a frame, to conveniently save you opening it.
RSSReader is a free application, the only downside is it's written using Microsoft's new .NET architecture, so you will need to install the Microsoft .NET framework if you haven't already. |

Thanks! RSS is a great way to keep abreast of new developments.
Another good free reader is Feed Reader:
http://www.feedreader.com/
It is open source too so it is updated fairly often. |
