As a wild guess, I'd think it was some kind of internationalization issue that fell through the cracks with the garbled looking username on that error dialog. 
You could try creating a temporary user (maybe activate the guest account) to try to play as a means to try to confirm that it is the username that is the issue. Moonpod would likely appreciate knowing the version and language of windows you have installed as well.  |

That seems to be the issue, worked fine on a guest account.
The language is estonian (win xp).
