I just bought Mr. Robot on Steam last night and the first time I fired it up, a little config window appeared. I set the resolution correctly and then started playing. A bit later, I accidentally adjusted the resolution with the in-game settings panel to be a different (worse) resolution. The in-game settings don't seem to support same, wide range of resolutions that the boot-config pane does, but I can't make that one appear again. Any help? How can I trigger the config pane to appear? Thanks!

My guess would be, that you have to edit the registry.
I would expect that setting the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Moonpod\MrRobot\RunSetupDialog to 1 will show the setup dialog the next time you run Mr.Robot again.
(But I'm not the creator of the game. So maybe you should wait until Poo Bear or Fost reply. :-))

Look in the start menu - there should be an "alter configuration" option in the "Mr Robot" submenu that will bring up the window.

Installing through Steam should only create a shortcut to Mr. Robot, not the confugration program... at least that's how it is with my demo.

I didn't install a shortcut in the Start Menu in any case. Is there an .exe somewhere I can fire up manually? I cruised around the installed directory, but only saw the Mr Robot executable.

Okay, I think I got it (I tested it on my Steam demo and it works), please remember that I am sometimes far too verbose with instructions:

1: Find Mr. Robot in Steam games list.
2: Right click Mr. Robot.
3: Click "Properties"
4: Click "Set launch options..."
5: In the box that comes up, type in "-c" (without the quotes).
6: Click OK.
7: Click Close.
8. Launch Mr. Robot.
9: Set your options.
10: Click OK and it will load the game.
11: Before you next launch Mr. Robot, go back into the launch options and remove -c.

Hope that helps!

Hey, Fost, does that mean we get a discount on Moonpod's next game for supplying tech support on this one? Wink

Ha. You probably get a discount anyway for owning one of our other games. Smile
