Firstly: either I'm paranoid (highly likely), or you're just tucalipe posting on another account to get an answer to your question.

Personally I don't know. Something that you have to consider is that game developers aren't always (or often) going to be willing to help you hack their own data files (they're stored the way they are for a reason, I'm sure).

You might get an answer from Fost or Poo Bear but I wouldn't count on it.

.SPR is our internal format. We don't have any program to extract sprs since we have the original files we don't need one.

Can't you even give a hint on how you packed? I play Ragnarok and they use sprites, and I draw some sprites about ragnarok as well, but none of the sprite editors I use open your spr files Sad

Depends. Might be jpeg2000 depending on the sprite type.

For example, the loading.spr, which I suppose is the small yellow loader with "loading" by its side.

As I understood (my english is not the best), they aren't spr files, but jp2, or jpx files, so i should rename them *.jp2, *.jpx and try to open with XnView.

If that's not the case.
As far as I know, it should be a one frame sprite only. When I try to extract the spr with a rag-extractor, I get a "sprite is not encoded", and those two bmp I told you about.
I have no way to select the way rag-extract outpouts its files.

I understand your concern on how are these images going to be used.
I can assure you that I WILL NOT publish any image. And even if I would, I'd put a huge watermark on it. I have had previous experiences on people stealing my photos on the web, so I know how frustrating that can be... Mad

I'm not sure what you are talking about with rag-extraction. .Spr is just what we happened to call our internal format.

Not actually worried about that Smile we just don't have any extraction tools. Like I said - we have the originals, so why would we ever need to un-encode them?

what's the name of the file you are looking for? Maybe I could dig it up.

I know this is a shot in the dark, but could you plz, provide at least the background when you are on Aegis preparing the next move...? Pretty plz with a cherry on top? Like when you are at the landing bay scren, or at the core screen, etc...

On the other hand: The exact file I'm trying to extract as an example to see if I can extract others is loading.spr, for I know exactly what it should be.

PS.: Rag-exctract I how I call my Ragnarok Sprite exctrator Smile

You mean the ones that are completely available in high resolution from the secret gallery? (already) Log into the customer panel - secret gallery. They're all there in up to 1600x1200 Smile

totally different file format. Lots of companies call their internal format SPR (as in sprite).

You've got 3 mail accounts, including a Gmail account with currently 7.2GB of storage space, and still delete (important) emails?!
Sorry, but I don't believe you.
