i am thinking maby thare could be power ups that you can bolt on to vareous places on you boddy (arms, boddy, leags) which can do varyous things EG weppons to kill/stun enamys,magnetic grabers to pull crates (not just push them), booster rockets to jump higer, searchlights to see in the dark, plasma welders to cut thro (or seall) doors, ect...

you can only equip one powerup per slot and cary one not equiped (but it slows you down and you cant do anything that requiers you hands

We've talked about this, it's just too early right now to say. as I've probably explained a bit - we'll make decisions based on what we come up with when creating rooms. I think we are likely to keep the Robots actual abilities focused on a small range - that actually frees us up to be crazier with room design rather without having to test the game with multiple ability sets. So it's more likely that we'll add features to make rooms interesting rather than robot abilities once we get through the initial 'fun testing' phase.
