not verry advanced i"m thinkin TL8 or 9*
starscape was TL8 at the beiging but at the end it was more like TL11-12
but battlescape takes place on a world that has lost contact whith earth and has lost moast of its tech
*TL stand for tech level
i am using the tech levels used in GURPS |

its a set of tabletop RPG rules that can be adaped to any setting
gurps is made by steve jackson games

Fallout used S.P.E.C.I.A.L. not GURPS. |
